Refund Policy
We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate a change in your plans.
We kindly request that you review our cancellation and refund policy carefully prior to confirming your booking.
Refund Schedule Based on Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations made 32 days or more prior to the scheduled session: A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made between 31 and 17 days prior to the scheduled session: An 80% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made between 16 and 3 days prior to the scheduled session: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled session: No refund will be issued.
Additional Conditions:
- No-shows or cancellations without advance notice: No refund will be provided under these circumstances.
- All specified dates and times adhere to Japan Standard Time (JST).
Cancellation Procedure:
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us promptly via email. Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days following the confirmation of your cancellation request.
